Application & Registration Process

Receive an Admission Letter

Successful applicants are issued an admission letter (keep the original safe for registration).

Prepare Required Documents

Gather all required documents such as birth certificate (NIRA), parent/guardian ID, and record form.

Pay School Dues (Minimum 50%)

Present evidence showing payment of at least 50% of school dues before registration.

Report on the Reporting Date

Report between 8:00am – 4:00pm on the date indicated on your admission letter.

Register with Class Teacher

Check your class and house/colour, sign in, and register in the Library or Office with your class teacher.

Submit Requirements

Submit your documents, photos, and the listed requirements. Uniform will be issued later (date communicated).

Admission Requirements

Below are the key documents and items required for registration. (Bring originals where applicable and keep your own copies at home.)

O-Level Registration (S.1 – S.4)

  • Original copy of the Admission Letter
  • Evidence showing payment of school dues (at least 50%)
  • Fully filled School Record Form (O-Level Record Form)
  • Recommendation letter or P.L.E results slip from former school
  • Photocopy of Parent/Guardian National ID
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate by NIRA (for UNEB registration)
  • Five (5) similar passport photographs (student)

A-Level Registration (S.5 – S.6)

  • Original copy of the Admission Letter
  • Evidence showing payment of school dues (at least 50%)
  • Fully filled School Record Form (A-Level Record Form)
  • Relevant previous results details (U.C.E information as required on the form)
  • Photocopy of Parent/Guardian National ID
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate by NIRA (for UNEB registration)
  • Five (5) similar passport photographs (student)

Basic Requirements to Bring

  • Scientific calculator (Casio fx 991MS)
  • Advanced Learners Dictionary
  • Counter books & exercise books (as guided by school)
  • A4 drawing books (Art – where applicable)
  • Basic stationery (pens, pencils, ruler, coloured pencils)
  • Personal items as guided on the official list (e.g., toiletries)
  • General cleanliness tool (e.g., scrubbing brush / squeezer / plastic broom — choose one)

Fees & Payments

For registration, parents/guardians must present evidence showing payment of at least 50% of school dues. The reporting date and registration instructions are provided in the admission letter.
